AZPetVet Services

AZPetVet offers a wide range of services including routine wellness exams and vaccinations, sick and urgent needs, dental care, and surgical care.

Preventative Care

Routine wellness exams involve a nose to tail checkup where a veterinarian assesses your pet’s overall health. During these exams our veterinarians administer vaccinations and conduct preventative screenings like bloodwork to detect any potential health issues early on. Regular wellness exams help ensure that pets maintain optimal health and address any concerns before they develop into more serious problems.

Sick and Urgent

If your pet is showing symptoms that something isn’t quite right, bring them in to get looked at right away. Sick and urgent care involves a thorough exam to diagnose and address acute or severe health issues, such as infections, injuries, or sudden illnesses. Once our team assesses your pet’s symptoms, they’ll be there to provide guidance, diagnostics and treatment recommendations to help your pet recover. Prompt and effective sick and urgent care is crucial for addressing critical conditions and improving chances of recovery.

Surgery

Our experienced and highly trained veterinarians perform many types of surgery including spaying, neutering, and dental cleanings and extractions. Our surgeries range from minor procedures to more intensive. Exploratory surgery investigates and addresses internal issues. This includes removing foreign bodies from the intestines and stones from the bladder. Soft tissue surgery covers a range of operations such as removing masses, repairing wounds, and handling reproductive emergencies like Cesarean sections and pyometra. Orthopedic surgery includes various interventions for bone and joint issues, such as repairing fractures and addressing torn ligaments.

Advanced Services

Advanced services are available at select locations. Some of our hospitals offer grooming for dogs and cats, including breed-specific cuts, nail trims, and flea checks. Acupuncture can address a variety of issues from musculoskeletal pain to respiratory problems by stimulating specific body points. For pocket pets, birds, and reptiles we provide specialized care or referrals. Other services include non-invasive ultrasound for diagnostic imaging, stem cell therapy for healing and inflammation, and cold laser therapy for pain control.
